HIGH POINT, NC, Oct 27, 2014 – Rush Mattress received “WOW”s and other high praise when it introduced its new coil-on-coil mattress with a memory foam layer and Euro top during High Point Market this week.
“Our goal: We asked, “can we create a “normal-priced’, aka moderately priced, mattress that feels like it’s a $20,000 mattress’? explained Rush Mattress President Harry Goodman, veteran mattress exec and retailer, who was Vice President of Sales at Sleepy’s for a decade and Regional V. P. of Sales at the specialty mattress manufacturer Classic Brands for 2.5 years, during which time he did extensive new product development.
Based on our customers’ response, ‘Wow, this does feel like the $20,000 mattress,’ we achieved our goal,” Goodman continued. “Customers are absolutely in love with the top piece in the individually pocketed coil collection, a luxurious 16-inch coil on coil, with more than 1600 coils, plush Euro top with memory foam.”
The five-piece collection of 11” to 16” features covers of “silk damask” with a beautiful hand, and individually wrapped, pocketed coils, which distribute weight evenly and provide flexible support and pressure relief.
