Rush Mattress designs exceptional quality mattresses that are beautiful and offer ultimate comfort at the best price, so both you and your customers can get a good night’s sleep.

Rush Mattress launched in April 2014, at the Spring Home Furnishing Market in High Point, NC, dedicated to complete flexibility in meeting the needs of retailers and providing mattress products customized for the retailers’ specific markets.

Tthe new specialty mattress venture, “is dedicated to high quality, great value and total flexibility,” explains Rush. “The lines we make for display are merely examples of what we can do. The fabric, foam, and price point of every line will actually be tailored based on the needs of the retailer. Most manufacturers try to sell what they want to sell. We will sell what the retailer needs for the specific market.”

Rush Mattresses are proudly made in the U.S.A. and priced to sell. In October 2014 the company introduced all-natural latex with organic cotton mattress covers that are inlaid with organic cotton and lined with wool for a natural, chemical-free FR solution.  Rush also offers memory foam, BreezyCool™ and its luxurious CoolNights™ Memory Gel line of gel-infused foam mattresses. Covered in beautiful fabrics, all the mattress lines are designed to meet the needs ranging from a value customer to the most discerning consumer. All mattresses are perfect for adjustable bases and platform beds.

All Rush Mattresses are made from the highest quality materials available. The Latex cores and comfort layers are certified by both Oeko-Tex Standard 100, which means it’s free of harmful substances, and EuroLATEX ECO-Standard, which defines the maximum acceptable limits of substances considered toxic or harmful. These European standards are more stringent than U.S. guidelines. Also the German organization LGA awarded a score of minimum 99% out of 100% (the maximum) for its dynamic load performance criteria on loss of height, loss of hardness and loss of elasticity.

All American-made polyurethane foam layers have received CertiPUR-US® certification, and meet the CertiPUR-US® high standards, which certify that the foam is made without lead, mercury, and other heavy metals, without formaldehyde, without ozone depleters and other specific chemicals. Rush Mattress understand the importance of flexibility to fulfill retailers’ needs. According to Rush, “Our memory foam is produced locally to our retailers so they save on shipping costs and keep prices low. Just-in-Time manufacturing enables retailers to order only what they need and receive orders very quickly. We offer our customers the shortest fulfillment time and greatest flexibility.”

The Rush showroom and office is in the heart of the furniture district in downtown High Point, open to buyers during Markets, and between Markets by appointment year-round.

Rush Mattress is a division of Vrush Industries, which was established in 2009. The privately held company operates its own state-of-the-art, enhanced production facilities to bring its line of RTA products to the home furnishings and retail industries. Vrush Industries also provides cut & sew, and OEM products and services to other customers, within and outside of the furniture trade.
